We plan, construct and network turnkey systems for the panel processing industry – from feeding up through shipping-ready panel books destacked on pallets.
Our standard scope of delivery includes mechanical production, control system integration, delivery and commissioning of the entire production system. Complex production lines require smooth interaction of all units. Proven Anthon systems, for example, feeding, saw, destacking and a complete selection of handling components, are installed and integrated with other manufacturers’ equipment, such as laminating, drilling and edge trimming machines, so that all parts function as a complete high-performance system.
For quality assurance purposes, IT-supported control units can be integrated parallel to all essential processing steps, thus ensuring consistently high quality of the final product. These units detect any missing parts quickly, the relevant machine units discharge these missing parts and then feedback is reported to the control system. We build high-quality processing machines by combining innovative concepts with proven material handling and panel sizing solutions. In this way, we assure a fully automated production process. Around the clock, seven days a week.
These machine systems furnish the proof that suitable technology makes mass-production economically feasible in high-wage countries.
We developed and constructed a completely individual production line solution for IKEA, the likes of which are comparable to the automobile industry in terms of degree of automation. After the system was commissioned, it took over the entire manufacture of the "PAX" wardrobe starting from raw panel, up through sawing, loading and enclosure of screw bag and ending in the complete ready-for-sale, packed wardrobe.
Since then, the production line has operated extremely efficient: Operated 7 days a week with a team of just 10 operators, a new wardrobe is made every 6 seconds around the clock. Service intervals require a maximum of 3-4 days per year and the defect rate is less than one percent thanks to the highly precise Anthon system.

From 8th to 12th May 2012 the World Fair for Woodworking Technology will take place in Milan (Italy).
You will find us on the fairground Rho in hall 4, stand B56. The Anthon-Team is looking forward to meeting you!
